温室条件下玉米螟赤眼蜂扩散距离及日活动节律

【摘要】 在温室条件下,对玉米螟赤眼蜂的扩散距离和活动节律进行了研究。结果表明,在距释放点1~6m范围内,玉米螟赤眼蜂主要在2m范围内扩散飞行,少量个体可扩散4~6m远,这种扩散是渐进的、不连续的。距释放点1m和2m植株上寄主卵块和卵粒寄生率与4m和6m处的寄生率存在明显差异。玉米螟赤眼蜂的日活动节律受温度影响,低于18℃时赤眼蜂基本不活动,高于20℃时活动趋盛。日落后即使温度适宜,赤眼蜂亦基本停止活动,赤眼蜂的日活动高峰在11:00~18:00(夏令时)。植株高度不影响赤眼蜂在植株间的扩散。

【Abstract】 The dispersal behavior and daily activity rhythm of adults Trichogramma os-triniae Pang et Chen were studied in greenhouse. The results showed that within a distance of 6 m from the release point, it flied and dispersed mainly in 2 m range, while only a few individuals had dispersed as far as 4 -6 m. The dispersal advanced gradually and intermittently. There were significantly differences between the parasitizations of egg masses or eggs of European corn borer Ostrinia nubilalis (Hbn. ) on corn plants 1 -2 and 4 -6 m from release point. Its daily activity rhythm was affected by temperature, and was inactive below 18℃ and active over 20℃. The activity peak time ranged from 1 1 :00 to 18:00(summer time). Despite the available temperature, it stopped action after sunset. There was no effect of plant height on the dispersal of T. ostriniae.
