【摘要】 根据电针刺激可促使中枢释放阿片肽产生内源性镇痛的原理 ,用韩氏仪辅助硬膜外阻滞行腹腔镜妇科手术、可解除人工气腹时恶心、呕吐等副作用 ,又不影响自主呼吸 ,血气分析、pH值、PCO2 均无明显异常。循环稳定 ,血压、心率、心电与气腹前无明显差别 (P >0 .0 5 )。本法具有安全、简便、病人恢复快、费用少等优点 ,值得推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Electroacupuncture stimulation can increase the release of opioid peptides to relieve pain. According to this principle, Han’s acupoint nerve stimulator (HANS) was used in gynecologic laparoscopy operations under epidural anesthesia. Patients receiving HANS showed a significant relieve of nausea and vomiting caused by artificial pneumoperitoneum, with normal breathing, stable pH and PCO 2 values of blood gaseous analysis. Circulatory parameters were stable. The values of blood pressue, heart rate and ECG were not significantly different from that before pneumoperitoneum (P>0.05). Conclusion: the use of HANS in pheumoperitonial laparoscopy operation is time saving and of low cost.更多还原
