【摘要】 本文通过建立家兔心肌急性缺血的动物模型，应用免疫组织化学方法和图像分析技术，结合HE和PAS染色对心肌细胞结蛋白（desmin）在心肌缺血时的早期改变进行了观察和测定。当心肌缺血30min时，结蛋白减少，因此可以作为心肌早期缺血的指标。本实验观察到心肌缺血8h，结蛋白的阳性面积和表达强度随缺血时间的延长而显著降低，利用图像分析技术定量后，求出回归曲线和回归方程，可较准确客观地判定心肌缺血时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Early desmin changes of the ischemic myocardium following coronary thery occlusion in the rabbit were studied by histochemical and immunohistochemical methods with image analsis technique. At 30min of ischemia, desmin diminshed, and the diminishing degree of desmin was significant. It is suggested that the immunohistochemical alteration of desmin can be. used as a marker for eary diagnosis of early acute myocardial ischemia. With the prolongation of the ischdria time, the intensities and area of desmin expression were reduced sighficantiy. This correlation may provide an accurat means for determin the time of early acute myocardial ischemia, if the repessive curve and regressive equation were made by quantitative analysis using image analysis technique.更多还原
