【Abstract】 Protein,amino acid,crude fat and fatty acids in Locusta migratoria manilensis and Acrida cinera were analysed and compared with those of other foods.The results showed that the two species of insects were rich in protein,and poor in fat,and their content of essential amino acids and fatty acids were abundant.So we came to the conclusion that the two experimental insects were good food resouces with higher nutrient value.更多还原
