【摘要】 目的　探讨鼻咽癌（ＮＰＣ）发生发展与血清铁蛋白（ＳＦ）含量的关系。方法　采用放射免疫法测定ＳＦ。结果８６例 ＮＰＣ患者ＳＦ含量１８６．４±５８．３μｇ／Ｌ（ｘ±ｓ），５３例慢性咽炎患者ＳＦ含量１７９．５±４７．６μｇ／Ｌ（ｘ±ｓ）。结论 ＮＰＣ的发生发展与 ＳＦ含量无相关性（Ｐ＞０．０５）。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study whether the serum ferritin level was associated with the genesis and development of na- sopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC).Methods Serum ferritin was studied by radioimmunity.Results The level of serum ferritin in 86 cases of NPC was 186.4±58.3μ g/L (x±s) and 53 cases of pharyngitis was 179.5±48.3μg/L (x±s) .Conclusion There was no significant difference in serum ferritin level between the patients with NPC and patients with pharyngitis.更多还原
