【Abstract】 Alpha-2-antiplasmin rapidly reacts with plasmin to form the inactive plasmin α 2-antiplasmin complex (PAP) when the fibrinolytic system is activated.The complex is a good indicator of ongoing thrombotic - thrombolytic events.This paper reviews its methods of detection in laboratory and the clinical applications.更多还原
