【摘要】 采用 EL ISA、免疫组织化学方法、手术切除结膜相关淋巴组织 ( Conjunctiva- associated L ymphoidTissue,CAL T)法对结膜相关淋巴组织和哈氏腺 ( Harderian Gland,HG)在点眼免疫应答过程中的相互协同关系进行了研究。研究发现 ,采用外科手术于 1日龄切除结膜相关淋巴组织后切除组点眼免疫后泪液中 NDV-特异性 Ig A、Ig M型抗体滴度及哈氏腺中 Ig A、Ig M型浆细胞的数量均显著低于正常免疫组 ( P<0 .0 5) ,而两组间泪液中 NDV-特异性 Ig G型抗体滴度及哈氏腺中 Ig G型浆细胞数量无显著差异更多还原

【Abstract】 Immune relationship between conjunctiva associated lymphoid tissue (CALT) and Harderian Gland(HG) during the ocular immune response was studied. It was found that the titre of NDV specific IgA、IgM in tears and the number of plasma cells of IgA、 IgM isotype in HG of the CALT excised group were significantly lower than that of the untreated group (P<0.05). But there were no significantly differences in the titre of NDV specific IgG in tears and the number of plasma cells of IgG isotype in HG between the two groups(p>0.05).This indicates that CALT could promote the production of IgA、IgM in tears but had no significant effect on the production of IgG.更多还原
