小鼠子宫壁内自然杀伤细胞和T细胞亚群与自发性胚胎丢失相关性研究
Quantitative Fluctuation of NK Cells and T Lymphocyte Subgroups in Early Pregnant Mouse Uterus and Their Correlations to Abortion
【摘要】 免疫组化研究显示 ,小鼠妊娠早期子宫壁内 CD+ 57细胞数量由孕 O天时 16 .3增至孕 2天时 6 2 .3,孕 4天时已下降 ,孕 6天时降至 9.7,而发生胚胎丢失的个体孕 6天和孕 8天时细胞数量均维持较多 ,约是孕0天时的 4倍。CD+ 4细胞在妊娠后数量由孕 0天时 2 9.7增至孕 4天时 6 5.6 ,孕 6天时降至 7.2 ,发生胚胎丢失的个体孕 6天及孕 8天时数量均较多 ,约为孕 0天时的 6倍。CD+ 8细胞妊娠后数量由孕 0天时 39.8增至孕 2天时 185.0 ,孕 4天时已下降 ,孕 6天时降至 3.6 ,而发生胚胎丢失的个体孕 6天和孕 8天时细胞数量均维持较多 ,约是孕 0天时的 3倍。研究结果提示小鼠妊娠早期子宫壁内 CD+ 57细胞、CD+ 4细胞和 CD+ 8细胞数量在胚胎着床前均出现先增后减的波动 ,早期胚胎丢失与孕 6天及孕 8天时子宫壁内所含大量 CD+ 57细胞、CD+ 4细胞和 CD+ 8细胞之间存在相关。
【Abstract】 Immunohistochemically studies showed that the quantity of CD + 57 cells in early pregnant mouse uterus increased from 16.3 at day 0 to 62.3 at day 2,decreased to 33.0 at day 4 and 9.7 at day 6 after pregnancy. It was about 4 times higher at day 6 and day 8 in abortive uterus than that at day 0 after pregnancy.The quantity of CD + 4 cells in early pregnant mouse uterus increased from 29.7 at day 0 to 65.6 at day 4 and decreased to 7.2 at day 6 after pregnancy. It maintained about 6 times higher at day 6 and day8 in abortive uterus than that at day 0 after pregnancy. The quantity of CD + 8 cells in early pregnant uterus increased from 39.8 at day 0 to 185.0 at day 2 and decreased to 13.0 at day 4 and 3.6 at day 6 after pregnancy. It was about 6 times higher at day 6 and day 8 in aborting uterus than that at day 0 after pregnancy. The results suggest that the quantity of CD + 57 cells, CD + 4 cells and CD + 4 cells in the early pregnant mouse uteri fluctuate respectively and early abortions have to do with the high quantity of CD + 57 cells, CD + 4 cells in uteri at day 6 and day 8 after pregnancy.
