【摘要】 采用薄层色谱法。将样品溶液与安普霉素及妥布霉素标准溶液 ,分别点 5μg于硅胶GF2 54 薄层板上 ,以甲醇 -氯仿 -氨水 (6∶ 2∶ 4)为展开剂 ,展开后 ,置碘蒸气中熏后 ,在紫外光灯(2 54nm)下检视 ,将样品、安普霉素、妥布霉素各溶液显示的主斑点位置进行比较 ,能较理想的确定样品中是否含有妥布霉素更多还原

【Abstract】 Tobramycin in Apramycin is determinated by thin layer chromatography.First, drip 5μg of sample solution, standard solution of Apramycin and Tobramycin respectively on the thin layer plate of silica gel GF 254 .Next, develop it with the developer of methanol chloroform ammonium hydroxide (6∶2∶4).Then, put the plate in the vapourized iodine.Finally, examine under ultraviolet light (254nm).It can be well defined whether there is Tobramycin in the Apramycin sample by comparing the positions of the main spot of the sample solution with that of Apramycin solution and Tobramycin solution.更多还原
