【摘要】 5组雏鸡均于 1日龄滴鼻接种相同剂量烟曲霉菌丝灭活疫苗 ,1 0日龄分别肌肉注射烟曲霉菌丝福氏完全佐剂灭活疫苗 0 .1、0 .3、0 .5、0 .7和 0 .9ml。第 1 2 d攻毒感染烟曲霉菌孢子 (5×1 0 9孢子 /只 ) ,测定各组雏鸡免疫保护率、生长发育及肺脏与大脑烟曲霉菌分离率。结果表明低剂量免疫组 (第 1组 )与对照组基本一致 ;中剂量组 (第 2、3组 )能够介导产生血清抗体 ,有效地抵抗强毒株的攻击 ;高剂量疫苗 (第 4、5组 )免疫效果最好。 5组免疫鸡的血清抗体 OD值为 0 .37～ 0 .68,免疫保护率为 45%～ 90 % ,比对照鸡平均多增重 8.3～ 68.75g(36日龄 ) ,肺脏与大脑霉菌分离率分别为 52 .9%～ 1 0 0 %和 2 3.4%～ 44.4%。表明烟曲霉菌丝福氏完全佐剂灭活疫苗的最低免疫剂量为 0 .3ml(50 mg/ml)。更多还原

【Abstract】 Five groups of chicks were intranasally vaccinated with the same dose(0.2ml)of killed A.fumigatus mycelial vaccine at 1 day of age and intramuscularly vaccinated with 0.1,0.3,0.5,0.7 and 0.9ml Freund’s adjuvant vaccine at 10 days of age,respectively.Levels of antibody in the sera of vaccinated and nonvaccinated chicks were determined 11 days after the last vaccination.Challenge exposure were conducted with 5×10 9 CFU spores of A.fumigatus per millilitre 12 days after the last vaccination to determine protective rates,body weight and isolate rates of moulds from lungs and brains in every group of chicks.The results showed that all the indicated indexs above in low dose vaccinated group(1st group)basically corresponded to that in nonvaccinated control group.Middle dose vaccines (2nd and 3rd groups)could induce antibody reaction in the sera and effectively resisted assault of A.fumigatus with strong virulence.The immune effects were the best in the groups of high doses (4th and 5th groups).The OD values of serum antibody in five groups of vaccinated chicks were 0.37~0.68.Protective rates were 45%~90%.Body weight were 8.3~68.75g higher than that of nonvaccinated control group.Isolate rates were 52.9%~100%and 23.4%~44.4% in the lungs and brains of survivors in the end of test,respectively.The results show the lowest effective dose of A.fumigatus mycelial Freund’s adjuvant vaccine is 0.3 ml(50mg/ml).更多还原
