【摘要】 F1菌毛在体外表达受到许多因素的影响。为了对 F1菌毛的进一步研究 ,本试验以只产F1菌毛的菌株 C60 0为对象 ,从培养基、温度、p H、通氧等条件进行了摸索 ,实验结果表明 :培养条件的限制极为显著 ,在 MD- 1肉汤 ( p H6.8～ 7.2 )中、37℃、静止培养 48h可使 F1菌毛获得较好表达 ;通入氧气将有利于 F1菌毛的表达更多还原

【Abstract】 The effects of selected culture conditions on expression of type 1 (F1) fimbriae in Escherichia coli C600 were examined. Culture media, starting pH of culture medium, aeration, incubation temperature and incubation time were investigated. The study showed that the culture media which resulted in the optimal yeild of type 1 (F1) fimbriae was minimal broth davis (MD 1). The optimal culture conditions were incubation at 37℃ for 48 h in MD 1 initially adjusted to pH 6.8~7.2. Aerating slowly with oxygen advantaged the optimal expression in Escherichia coli C600.更多还原
