【摘要】 本研究以冷冻干燥法制得新城疫病毒 ( NDV)外膜蛋白脂质体疫苗。两次免疫后 SPF鸡的血清 HI抗体效价结果显示 :NDV外膜蛋白脂质体疫苗免疫组的算术平均滴度要高于仅以 NDV外膜蛋白免疫组 ,二者间具有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 5) ,且前者以 NDV强毒株攻击后的保护率达1 0 0 %,也优于单纯以 NDV外膜蛋白免疫组更多还原

【Abstract】 The adjuvanticity of freeze dried liposomes for NDV envelope proteins tested was tested in SPF chickens. After the booster dose the liposomal NDV envelope proteins vaccine elicited a significantly higher HI titer response than the fowls injected NDV envelope proteins only.Furthermore,the liposomal vaccine groups offered a higher protective rate when challenged with ND virulent strain.更多还原
