【Abstract】 Through neutralization test,B34 MAb neutralized IBDV CA strain,with the titre of neutralization antibody in B34 ascite so high as 1∶420000. When diluted 1∶10 and mixed with equal volume of virus ,B34 ascite can completely neutralize the IBDV CA strain containing virus at least 105.625 TDIC 50 /0.1ml.A MAb based antigen capture ELISA (AC ELISA) was developed to titrate IBDV CA strain and the correlation coefficient between AC ELISA titre and TDIC 50 was 0.94.更多还原
