【摘要】 5窝 3 5日龄仔猪 4 0头 ,随机分成 2组 ,每组 2 0头 ,每窝 4头。 组仔猪 3 5日龄断奶后留原栏 , 组仔猪 3 5日龄随母猪转栏。在断奶时和断奶后 1、3 d,仰卧前腔静脉采血 ,进行生化指标检验。结果表明 , 组仔猪断奶后 3 d,血清尿素氮 ( BUN)水平升高 ( P <0 .0 5) ,血清球蛋白 ( GLOB)水平降低 ( P <0 .0 5)。断奶后腹泻仔猪的血清钠 ( Na)、葡萄糖 ( GLU)、总蛋白 ( TP)、氯 ( Cl)、清蛋白 ( ALB)水平与腹泻前相比显著下降或极显著下降 ( P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1 ) ,血清尿素氮 ( BUN )、乳酸脱氢酶 ( LDH )、肌酸激酶 ( CK )、球蛋白( GLOB)升高 ( P <0 .0 5或 P <0 .0 1 )更多还原

【Abstract】 Fourty piglets in 5 litters were randomly divided into two groups of 20 piglets each. The piglets in group Ⅰ were weaned at 35th day and kept in the former sites, and those in group Ⅱ left the former sites at 35th day. The blood samples were taken from the vena cava anterior while the piglets were positioned in dorsal recumbence and examined at weaning and 1, 3 days post weaning. The results indicated that the serum urea nitrogen level of the piglets in group Ⅰ increased and serum globulin decreased significantly at 3 days postweaning. The piglets with diarrhea postweaning had lower serum sodium, chlorine, glucose, total protein and albumin, and higher urea nitrogen, lactic acid dehydrogenase, creatine kinase and globulin.更多还原
