产程中胎盘胎膜细胞凋亡的变化

【摘要】 【目的】探讨胎盘、胎膜细胞凋亡与分娩动因的关系。【方法】采用TUNEL法和电镜法检测妊娠晚期不同产程的胎盘、胎膜组织中的细胞凋亡情况。【结果】羊膜上皮细胞凋亡指数 (AI)、绒毛膜滋养细胞AI、胎盘绒毛滋养细胞AI与蜕膜细胞AI在未临产组、潜伏期组、活跃期组与顺产组之间差异均有极显著性 (P <0 0 1) ,且羊膜上皮细胞AI、绒毛膜滋养细胞AI、胎盘绒毛滋养细胞AI与蜕膜细胞AI均随未临产组、潜伏期组、活跃期组、顺产组的顺序增大。【结论】胎盘、胎膜组织中细胞凋亡的变化与分娩发动和产程进展有关

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between the initiation of labor and the cellular apoptosis in placentas and fetal membranes. Methods The TUNEL method and the electron microscopy was used to detect apoptosis in placentas and fetal membranes, which were taken from the third trimester pregnant women in different stage of labor. Result There were very significant differences among the non-labor group、the latent stage group、the active stage group and the vaginal delivery group in apoptotic index AI of amnion epithelial、AI of chorion trophoblast、AI of placental trophoblast and AI of decidual cellular layer(P<0 01). And the AI of amnion epithelial、AI of chorion trophoblast、AI of placental trophoblast and AI of decidual cellular layer all increased sequence from the non-labor group、the latent stage group、the active stage group to the vaginal delivery group. Conclusion The initiation and evolution of labor has something to do with the change of cellular apoptosis in placentas and fetal membranes.
