【摘要】 【目的】探讨原位肝移植手术期间巡回管理程序。【方法】通过 32例肝移植手术的巡回配合 ,介绍术中的护理经验与管理程序。【结果】术中护理得当 ,32例手术术中各项指标稳定。【结论】术中要保持体温的稳定 ,及时应用各类药物 ,精确计算失血量 ,并进行恰当的输液输血是提高手术效率及保证手术顺利进行的重要措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the nursing protocol during liver transplantation procedure. Methods The nursing programme and experience of 32 cases of liver transplantation during operation period were introduced. Results The nursing programme during operating period were praticable and effective, and the overall outcome of the patients was good. Conclusion It is important to maintain the body temperature in the normal range, to use drugs in time and to calculate the losing blood accuratly, transfusion properly.
