【摘要】 【目的】评估先天性静脉畸形骨肥大综合征外科治疗的效果。【方法】通过分析 2 6例先天性静脉畸形骨肥大综合征的临床资料 ,比较 3种手术方法的临床效果。【结果】同时施行“开源”和“节流”手术者 10例 ,患肢大、小腿周径分别缩小(2 5± 1 4)cm和 (2 9± 1 8)cm ;单纯施行“开源”手术者 7例 ,患肢大、小腿周径分别缩小 (2 1± 1 2 )cm和 (2 4± 1 5 )cm ;单纯施行“节流”手术者 6例 ,患肢大、小腿周径分别缩小 (1 0± 0 6 )cm和 (1 3± 0 8)cm。【结论】联合施行“开源”和“节流”手术可能取得较单纯施行“开源”或“节流”手术更好的临床效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of surgical treatmnet of Klipel Trenaunay syndrome. Method Clinical data of 26 Klippel Trenaunay Syndrome patients was reviewed to compare the efficacy of three operation methods. Results 10 patients received both “increasing drainage” and “decreasing supply” operations,the thigh and leg circumferences were reduced (2 5±1 4)cm and (2 9±1 8) cm,respectively;7 patients received“increasing drainage”operation only,their thigh and leg circumferences were reduced(2 1±1 2)cm and (2 4±1 5)cm,respectively. Six patients only received“decreasing supply”operation,their thigh and leg circumferences were reduced(1 0±0 6)cm and (1 3±0 8)cm,respectively. Conclusion The efficacy of combining“increasing drainage”or “decreasing supply”operation is better than that of “increasing drainage”and “decreasing supply”operation only.更多还原
