【Abstract】 Immunotherapy is a new method to treat tumors. In this method, the tumor cells were killed by means of improving the immunogenicity of tumor antigens or tumor associated antigens and inducing tumor specific cell mediated immune response. In this series studies, the carcino embryonic antigen (CEA) recombinant vaccinia virus was constructed by homologous recombination, and its strong immunogenicity, safety and reliability of treatment and prevention on CEA positive tumors were proved in animal experiments.更多还原
