对利用新型激光衍射法测量红细胞膜剪切弹性模量最优条件的讨论

【摘要】 本文作者对一个利用新型激光衍射法测量红细胞膜剪切弹性模量计算公式进行了实验论证 ,通过对不同粘度悬浮介质不同流场切变率下红细胞膜剪切弹性模量的计算 ,我们发现红细胞膜剪切弹性模量在流场中随切变率增加而增加 ,当悬浮介质粘度小于 2mpa .s且切变率小于 10 0S- 1时测得的红细胞膜剪切弹性模量值变化较小 ,粘度为 1~ 2mpa .s时变化最小 ,从而提出了这一公式在实际测量中的最优适用范围 ,并给出了相应的理论解释。

【Abstract】 A formula was presented to measure the shear elastic modulus of RBC with ektacytmetry. We measured the shear elastic modulus of RBC with the use of this formula through varying medium viscosity and shear rate of flow field. The results showed that the values of RBC membrane elastic modulus increased with the raise of shear rate. The variation of RBC elastic modulus was small when medium viscosity was less than 2 mpa.s and shear rate was less than 100S 1 . Minimum of variation was attained when medium viscosity was 1~2 mpa.s Hence we put forward the range of applying this formula and explained it in theory.
