天冬氨酸-氨基乙酸共聚材料的合成、表征及降解
SYNTHESIS, CHARACTERIZATION AND ENZYMATIC DEGRADATION OF THE COFOLYMER OF L-ASPARTIC ACID AND 2-AMINOACETIC ACID
【摘要】 本实验合成了不同摩尔比的天冬氨酸、氨基乙酸共聚材料 (PAA) ,摩尔比分别为 9∶1、8∶2、7∶3、6∶4、5∶5。用核磁共振1HNMR、13CNMR、DSC差热分析、特性粘度等方法对材料作了表征 ,结果表明该共聚材料结构明确并有较好的规律性。用pH7.4的磷酸缓冲溶液、胰蛋白酶缓冲液及P4 50肝代谢酶等对材料进行了体外降解 ,实验结果显示 ,该系列材料在体外有一定的降解性。
【Abstract】 For the purpose of increasing the hydrophilicity of poly aspartic acid, a series copolymers of L-aspartic acid and 2-aminoacetic acid with different mole ratios were prepared. The structures of copolymers were characterized by 1HNMR、 13 CNMR、DSC and element analysis. The degsadetion of the copolymers, in vitro at phosphate buffer saline by enzyme solution of trypsin(37℃,pH7.4) and in vivo by hypatic metabolors P 450 of Sprase-Dawley nat were carried out. The results indicated that the copolymers could be degraded in some degrees and also showed that 2-aminoacetic acid segments accelerated the degradation of the copolymers.
