棉田优势天敌异须盲蝽的研究
Bionomics of the Cotton Bollworm Predator, Campylomma diversicornis
【摘要】 异须盲蝽在河北省南皮县一年发生 4代 ,以卵在植物组织中越冬 ,4月上旬孵化。一代发生在杂草丛中 ,二、三、四代发生于棉田 ,与棉铃虫的发生期较吻合。成虫对花有显著的趋性 ,各代发生高峰期分别在 5月中旬、6月下旬、7月下旬和 8月中旬。成虫与棉铃虫卵的空间分布相似 ,平均生态位重叠度指数高为 0 .95 6± 0 .2 3;在田间的分布符合负二项分布和奈曼 A型分布 ;对棉铃虫卵的捕食功能反应符合 Holling 圆盘方程 ,最大理论捕食量为每天 2 4粒。分析推断认为 ,异须盲蝽对棉田 ,尤其是 Bt棉田中后期棉铃虫有较强的控制作用
【Abstract】 Campylomma diversicornis Reuter is a dominant predator preying on eggs and newly hatched larvae of Helicoverpa armigera. Field studies indicated that C.diversicornis had four generations a year in Nanpi county, Hebei province. The 1st generation occurred on weeds around the cotton field and the other generations on cotton. It overwintered in egg stage and hatched in early April, the adult occurrence peaks were observed in mid May, late June, late July and mid August. The adult preferred to feed on pollen of cotton flowers. Temporal and spatial niches between C.diversicornis and H.armigera eggs were similar with niches overlap index of 0 956±0.23. The spatial distribution pattern of adult was fitted to the negative binomial distribution and Neyman A distribution. The functional response was fitted to Holling predation response equation Ⅱ. The highest theoretical predating capacity was 24 eggs/d. C.diversicornis is considered to play an important role in the control of H.armigera in mid to late cotton growing stages, especially in the transgenic Bt cotton fields.
