【摘要】 为研究富硒胶囊对小鼠免疫能力和辐射损伤的影响 ,选择了检测免疫调节和抗辐射损伤的 8项指标 ,对富硒胶囊的功效作用进行了测定。实验结果表明 ,2 50和 750mg/kg剂量的富硒胶囊可提高小鼠淋巴细胞增殖能力、单核巨噬细胞吞噬能力、脾脏抗体形成细胞数和血清中抗绵羊红细胞抗体效价。另外 ,富硒胶囊可显著延长受 7.5Gy60　Co -γ照射小鼠平均存活时间 ,提高 30d存活率和白细胞数。提示富硒胶囊对小鼠具有免疫促进作用及辐射保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 indexes were observed to detect the effect of Se capsule on immunoregulation and antiradiation in mice.The results showed that capsule enhanced the ability of lymphocyte multiplication and macrophagocyte phagocytosis,and also increased the number of plague forming cell (PFC) and the titers of hemagglutination against sheep red cell (SRBC) at 250 and 750 mg/kg BW.In addition,when mice were exposed to 60 Co-γ 7.5 Gy,Se capsule significantly prolonged average survival time and promoted 30 day survival rate and increased numbers of white blood cells.
