国内外食品营养标签标准与法规比较研究

【摘要】 选取国际食品法典委员会、欧盟、美国、日本以及中国大陆的营养标签标准、法规为背景材料 ,通过比较各国与国际和地区食品营养标签在内容、形式等方面的异同 ,了解其管理概况 ,并为今后我国加强食品营养标签的法制化管理以及与国际标准接轨提供素材。

【Abstract】 The regulations and standards on nutrition labeling selected from Codex, EU, USA, Japan and Chinese Mainland as reference were compared with each other, in the aspect of their contents and forms. Differences and similarities were illustrated which could be important background information for the future legislative control of food nutrition labeling in China as well as for the promotion of compatibility with international practice.
