抗抑郁药降低大鼠脑部分区域5-HT免疫反应性
5-HT immunoreaction decreases in several regions of rat brain induced by antidepressants
【摘要】 目的 进一步探讨抗抑郁药对 5羟色胺 (5 HT)的作用。方法 采用免疫组织化学方法 ,对一次和长期给予 4种抗抑郁药的大鼠进行研究。结果 ①一次给药后 ,仅氟西汀降低大鼠海马和丘脑 5 HT免疫反应性 ;②长期给药组中 ,4种抗抑郁药均能降低大鼠额叶、海马、丘脑、脑干和小脑的 5 HT免疫反应性。结论 抗抑郁药可能不同程度地抑制 5 HT再摄取 ,减少细胞内 5 HT浓度
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of antidepressant drugs on serotonin (5HT).Methods 5HT immunoreaction in rats brain was detected after the acute and chronic adminisstration of four antidepressant drugs by immunohistochemistry methos.Results The results showed that: (1) Only fluoxetine could decrease the 5HT immunoreaction in cornu ammonis and thalamas in rat brain in the acute group; (2) Four antidepressant drugs could decrease 5HT immunoreaction in six regions of rats brain in the chronic group. Conclusions It was suggested that four antidepressants might inhibit 5HT reuptake in various degrees and decrease the 5HT concentrations in intraneuron.
