【摘要】 目的　了解精神分裂症患者父母教养方式的特点。方法　采用父母教养方式问卷中文版 ,对 60例符合CCMD 2 R诊断的精神分裂症患者和 60例正常健康人进行测试。结果　与正常对照组相比 ,精神分裂症患者父母多表现为低情感温暧与理解 (P <0 0 5) ,高惩罚、严厉和高拒绝、否认 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1 )。结论　父母不当的教养方式在精神分裂症发病中起着重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The purpose of this study was to examine the feature of parental rearing styles of schizophrenic patients. Methods 60 subjects meeting CCMD 2 R criteria for schizophrenia and 60 normal control subjects were investigated using the Chinese version of EMBU. Results As compared with normal controls, parents of patients with schizophrenia had a lower score of warmth and understanding ( P <0 05) and a higher score of tendency of rejecting and denying ( P <0 05 or P <0 01) and a higher score of punishment ( P <0 05). Conclusions Incorrect parental rearing styles might play an important role in the onset of schizophrenia.更多还原
