【摘要】 目的　评价髓鞘碱性蛋白 (MBP)在小儿中枢神经系统病毒和细菌感染中的临床意义。方法　对 48例中枢神经系统感染性疾病患儿血清及脑脊液 (CSF)的MBP进行定量检测。结果　病毒性感染组与细菌性感染组血清和CSF中MBP水平较对照组显著升高 (P <0 0 0 1)。结论　血清及CSF中MBP水平可以作为中枢神经系统感染的一项诊断指标更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of myelin basic protein(MBP)in children with central nervous system(CNS)viral and bacterial infection.Methods The ELISA method was used to analyze the level of MBP in the serum and CSF of 48 children with CNS infection.Results The level of MBP in the serum and CSF in both CNS viral and bacterial infections was higher than those in the controlled group(P<0\^001).Conclusion MBP level in the serum and CSF could be a diagnostic sign of CNS infections.更多还原
