EDTA在骨脱钙中的应用

【摘要】 研究不同浓度的EUTA在3种动物鼠、兔、人骨骼脱钙中的作用效果取大鼠、兔、人的大小不同的骨(松质骨、皮质骨)在不同EDTA浓度下脱钙,并进行电镜、酶学和免疫组化的观察.在磁力搅拌下,松质骨3d完成脱钙,皮质骨需要5d的时间;而无磁力搅拌的情况下,松质骨的脱钙需要 12 d,而皮质骨大于 12 d据不同动物部位和有无磁力搅拌下,采用不同的脱钙浓度和时间

【Abstract】 Effect of bone decalcification in mouse, rabbit and human by different concentration EDTA is discussed. Cortex and cancellous bone of mouse, rabbit and human are decalcified, then are observed througn electron microscopy, enzymology and inununoche,ostru. With magnetic force mixing round, cancellous bone is decalcified within 3 days. Cortex is decalcified within 5 days. Without magnetic force mixing round, cancellous bone is decalcified within 12 days. Cortex is decalcified more than 12 days. Based on these results, diffent time and concentration of EDTA are suggested accord ing to different animalportion and with magnetic force mixing round or not.
