白斑综合症病毒对斑节对虾幼体和仔虾的致病性

【摘要】 斑节对虾 (Penaeusmonodon)的蚤状幼体和糠虾幼体经人工感染WSSV后 ,部分幼体的发育变态受到影响 ,其死亡率略高于对照组 ,但PCR二步法检测的结果为WSSV阴性 .仔虾经人工感染WSSV后 ,部分个体的游动方式异常 ,感染 6 0h后的死亡率达 10 0 % ,样品经PCR二步法检测呈WSSV阳性 .

【Abstract】 Artificial infection of white spot syndrome virus (WSSV) to healthy zoea larvae, mysis larvae and postlarvae of black tiger prawn, Panaeus monodon was carried out. The postlarvae could be infected by WSSV with death rates 100%, the movement conditions of the postlarvae infected were abnormal, and the PCR detection results were WSSV positive. The metamorphosis of both zoae and mysis larvae infected were delayed, and the death rates were more than the corresponding control’s, although their PCR detection results were WSSV negative.
