固体内耗仪测控系统的改进设计
A Redesigning of the Interal Friction Measurement Instrument
【摘要】 对传统的固体内耗仪进行了改进 .主要通过对测控系统的重新设计 ,使测量频率范围达到 1× 10 - 4~ 5× 10 2 Hz ,变频精度达到 0 0 5% ;内耗测量精度提高到 3× 10 - 5,同时消除了原测量方法所带来的系统误差 ;实现了主控计算机系统的升级 .为扩展内耗的研究范围 ,以及为固体振动能吸收谱的研究提供了工具
【Abstract】 An improvement of the interal friction measurement instrument is discussed.By redesigning the activating and measuring system, the measuring frequency ranges from 1×10\+\{-4\} Hz to 5×10\+2 Hz, while the frequence accuracy is better than 0 05%;the measuring precision of the new instrument is better than 3×10\+\{-5\}, and the system error in the old measuring device has been avoided; the supervisor computer has been upgraded. It provides a tool to extend the research field of interal friction and to investigate the vibrational resonant spectrum of condensed matter.
