【摘要】 对魏氏拟尾柱虫 (Paraurostylaweissei)施行显微手术去小核 ,共得无小核再生细胞117个 .所有去小核的再生细胞虫体较小 ,活动能力和捕食能力明显减弱 ,游动范围大大缩小 ,细胞质深暗且看不到有明显的食物泡存在 .近半数的无小核再生体失去了细胞分裂的能力 ,另外半数的无小核细胞在术后 10天内虽能分裂 1～ 3次 ,但 3个星期内所有的无小核体均陆续死亡 ,完全丧失了生存能力 .更多还原

【Abstract】 The micronuclei of\% Paraurostyla weissei\% were removed from cells by amputation, and 117 amicronucleate cells were generated and identified from 812 large cell fragments with macronucleus.All amicronucleates had dark cytoplasm and transformed into small cell which, in cell size, was only 1/2～1/3 of normal cell or micronucleate regenerated from amputated fragment The amicronucleates exhibited reduction or loss of movement and ingestion About a half of amicronucleate cells lost fission ability and others could divide 1～3 times, but all of them died inevitably in 3 weeks These observations indicate that the micronucleus is indispensable for vigor and viability of the cells in \%Paraurostyla weissei\%.更多还原
