DEHP的微生物降解性研究
Study of Biodegradability of Di(2-Ethylhexyl) Phthalate
【摘要】 从处理石化厂废水的活性污泥中分离出 1株荧光假单胞菌FS1和处理焦化厂废水的活性污泥中分离出 1株铜绿假单胞菌FS2和 1株短杆菌FS3.研究了FS1、FS2和FS3对邻苯二甲酸二 (2 乙基己基 )酯 (DEHP)的适宜降解条件 ,比较了其降解特性 .Pseudomonasfluo rescens (FS1) ,Pseudomonasaeruginosa (FS2 )和Brevibacteriumsp (FS3)适宜酸度 (pH)分别为6 5~ 8 0、 7 0~ 8 0和 7 0~ 8 0 ,温度为 2 0~ 35、 15~ 35和 15~ 35℃ .FS1、FS2和FS3对DEHP降解反应符合一级动力学特征 ,半寿期 :FS1<FS2 <FS3;FS1是 1株高效的DEHP降解菌 .
【Abstract】 The microbial degradation characteristics of di(2-e thylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP)was investigated by strains Pseudomonas fluorescens FS1,Pseudomonas aeruginosa FS2 and Brevibacterium sp FS3 that were isolated from the activated sludge at a petrochemical factory (FS1) and a pyrochemical factory (FS2 and FS3),respectively. The optimum pH values of FS1,FS2 and FS3 for degrading of DEHP are 6 5~8 0,7 0~8 0 and 7 0~ 8 0,the temperatures are 20~35,15~35 and 15~35 ℃, respectively.The degradation of DEHP by FS1 and FS3 can be described by the first-order reaction model.Primary biodegradation half-lives of DEHP are FS1<FS2<FS3.The experimental results demonstrated that the strain FS1 has strong ability to degrade DEHP.
