【摘要】 GM 2 12粉是近几年发展起来的一种新型造型材料 ,在铸铁件湿型砂应用中 ,可取代膨润土和煤粉 ,提高型砂的湿压强度和韧性 ,提高型砂的透气性。由于它水分迁移 (风干 )快的特点 ,型砂和水分可由7.5 %降至 5 %左右 ,从而降低型砂的发气量 ,减少铸件的气孔、砂眼等铸造缺陷 ,并可获得表面光洁的铸件。本文介绍了GM 2 12粉在中小铸铁件型砂生产中应用的情况及使用效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 GM212 powder used in green sand for iron castings as a substitute of bentonite and coal dust can increase green compressive strength and toughness and decrease gas evolution of molding sand. Because of the quick removal of sand moisture, its content can be reduced from7.5% to 5% so as to raise sand permeability and lower casting defects, such as blowholes and sand inclusion.更多还原
