大断面球铁碎块状石墨形成原因浅析及若干防止措施

【摘要】 本文从球墨铸铁石墨———奥氏体共晶团形成及长大过程中的应力出发 ,分析了大断面球铁热节处非球形石墨—碎块状石墨的形成原因及若干影响因素 ,提出了防止措施。

【Abstract】 According to stress of graphite austenite eutectic cell during solidification, the caues of chunky graphite of hot spot and some factors are analysed in this article. Some measures are raised.
