【摘要】 民间疗法广泛存在于世界各国的不同地区和民族。中国民间疗法在炎黄子孙的繁衍过程中 ,发挥了重要的作用 ,民间疗法的收集、整理、研究和升华 ,不断地丰富了中国传统医学的疗法内容。中国民间非药物疗法是中国民间疗法的重要组成部分 ,本课题基于“非药家所用、确有疗效、确有依据、流传于世”的原则 ,就中国民间非药疗法的文献进行了调查。结果表明 ,中国民间非药物疗法的基本特色和优势为 :种类丰富 ,内外治并重 ;取材容易 ,大多为食物 ;适应症广 ,适于各科 ;使用方便 ,多取材于食物 ,毒副作用少 ;易于推广 ,居家旅行、自我保健医疗均宜。治疗优势在于皮肤科、外科疾病 ,如 11种优势病种中 ,有 7种为皮、外科疾病。更多还原

【Abstract】 There exist many folk therapies in various regions and countries around the world.Chinese folk therapy has played an important role in the health care of the people.The study and collection of Chinese folk therapies has enriched the content of TCM.The non\|medicinal folk therapy is an important part of Chinese folk therapy.In our study we have collected and studied all the articles on non\|medicinal folk therapy in China so as to sort out all those Chinese folk therapies,by the criteria of not being used by the professional doctors,but really effective,fully grounded,widely spread and popular in the community.Now we have come to the conclusion that Chinese folk therapy has following charateristics:it is rich in methods,emphasizing both internal and external treatments;the treating stuffs are widely available,for most of them are food;it has a wide range of indications for treating various kinds of diseases;side\|effects are few;it can be easily put into practice by the public in different situations.It is predominatly used in treating dermatological and surgical diseases,as our study shows that out of 11 diseases preferable treated by the folk therapy,7 are listed as dermatological or surgical ones.更多还原
