【摘要】 目的 :了解并评价综合医院内科确诊的活动性肺结核病例转诊结果。方法 :对我院呼吸内科 1 995年 8月～ 1 998年 8月确诊的 39例活动性肺结核患者 (不包括结核性胸膜炎 )转往结核病防治专业机构的结果进行信访和电话随访。结果 :确诊的 39例活动性肺结核患者中有 35例在确诊后 1周内转往结核病院接受 0 5a～ 1a的全程督导化疗 ,33例获得良好效果 ,2例死亡 ,死因分别为肺间质纤维化合并感染、肺心病及呼吸衰竭。 3例慢性纤维空洞型肺结核患者出院后因痰菌很快阴转而未转院 ,目前病情稳定。另 1例因经济困难 ,院外治疗不当死亡。结论 :综合医院在肺结核防治工作中具有重要作用 ,关键在于认真做好活动性肺结核病例的发现和转诊工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the result of transferred patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis diagnosed in the general hospital to tuberculosis hospital.Methods:The result of transferred 39 patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis diagnosed in our hospital during the period from Aug.1995 to Aug.1998 to another tuberculosis hospital was followed up by using questionnaire or telephone.Results:Of the 39 patients,35 were transferred to another tuberculosis hospital with in a week after the diagnosis of tuberculosis was estabalished with chemotherapy regimens of full course sup ervision of 0 5 1 0 year,and 33 of them have got good efficacy but the other two died of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis complicated with infection,and corpulmonale complicated respiratory failure,respectively.With a stable current status,three patients with chronic pulmonary tuberculosis complicated fibrosis and cavity failed to be transferred because of their sputum negative conversion after dischargement.One patient died of inappropriate therapy because of the economic problem.Conclusion: The general hospital play an important role in prevention and treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis.It is key to make early detection and transferring in time.更多还原
