产超广谱β内酰胺酶细菌的自动化检测及耐药性研究

【摘要】 目的 了解产超广谱 β内酰胺酶 (ESBL s)细菌的检测方法及其耐药性 ,指导临床用药。方法 采用法国生物 -梅里埃公司生产的 VITEK全自动微生物分析系统 (AMS)及 GNS- NT、GNS- F2药敏卡 ,对从临床感染标本中分离出的肺炎克雷伯氏菌和大肠埃希氏菌作 ESBL s的检测和药敏试验。结 果 从 2 15例被检菌中 ,共检出产 ESBL s细菌 36株 ,产 ESBL s细菌阳性率为 16 .7% ,ESBL s阳性细菌对 12种抗生素的耐药率远远高于 ESBL s阴性菌 ,并同时高耐氨基糖苷类、喹诺酮类等抗生素。结论 仪器法检测产 ESBL s细菌 ,准确、快速 ,产 ESBL s细菌多重耐药现象严重

【Abstract】 Aim To understand the detective methods and resistance of ESBLs-producing organisms.Methods To detect the extended spectrum β-lactancases of Klebsiella Pneumonias and E.Coli of clinical specimens and test the susceptibility by Vitek AMS and GNS-NT and GNS-F2 cards.Results The ESBLs-producing organisms were 36 strains from 215 strains detected. The ratio was 16.7%.The resistance rate for 12 antibiotics in positive ESBLs was much higher than that of in negtive while it was multiply resistance for Quinolones and Aminoglylosides antibiotic.Conclusions Vitek AMS can detect ESBLs positive bacterial accurately and quickly. The multiply resistance of ESBLs-producing organisms was very serious.
