日本血吸虫肠道蛋白酶对小鼠和东方田鼠血红蛋白降解作用的比较研究
COMPARATIVE STUDY ON DEGRADATION OF HEMOGLOBINS IN MOUSE AND MICROTUS FORTIS BY SCHISTOSOMA JAPONICUM DIGESTING PROTEINASES
【摘要】 目的 从日本血吸虫 (Schistosoma japonicum,Sj)对宿主血红蛋白 (hem oglobin,Hb)的消化作用来探讨 Sj在东方田鼠 (Microtus fortis,Mf)体内不能正常发育的原因。方法 用 Sj肠道蛋白酶对小鼠和 Mf Hb在体外进行消化 ,用 SDS-PAGE显示不同时点 Hb的降解程度。结果 Sj肠道蛋白酶能有效降解 Mf Hb,且与其对小鼠 Hb的降解无明显差别。结论 Sj在 Mf体内不能正常发育的原因似与 Sj对 Mf Hb的消化无关
【Abstract】 AIM To explore mechanisms of Schistosoma japonicum(Sj) underdevelopment and eventual death in Microtus fortis (Mf) in terms of host hemoglobin(Hb)digestion. METHOD The vomitus of Sj was induced and collected in distilled water. Mouse and Mf Hb were digested in vitro with Sj vomitus. The results of Hb degradation were examined by SDS-PAGE. RESULTS Sj digestive proteinases could degrade Mf Hb effectively. There was no obvious difference in degradation between Mf Hb and mouse Hb. CONCLUSION Sj does not develop normally in Mf may probably not be related to the digestion of Mf Hb.
