【摘要】 目的探讨福建省人群环状病毒的自然感染状况及临床上具有发热、关节痛、皮疹等症状患者之间的关系。方法采用间接免疫荧光试验（IFA）对202全林区正常人血清及126例病人血清或脑脊液进行环状病毒IgG和IgM抗体检测，以北京地区20例健康人血清为对照。结果202例林区正常人血清中环状病毒IgG抗体阳性率为35．6％（72／202），126例病人血清或脑脊液中IgG抗体阳性率为31．7％（40／126），IgM抗体阳性率为16．7％（21／126）。21份阳性血清分别经流行性乙型脑炎JBV和辛德华斯病毒IgM检测，仅1份疑似JBV阳性，其余结果均为阴性。北京地区20例健康人血清环状病毒IgM检测均为阴性。结论福建省人群中存在环状病毒感染；环状病毒可导致发热、关节痛、皮疹等临床表现。更多还原

【Abstract】 328 serum were detected for antibody against orbivirus by immunoflurescent assay test.Among them,202 were normal human beings in forest region in forest region in Ninghua county and 12 were patients with fever, arthitis, neuropathy or dermal papule.And 20 serum for healthy people in Beijing were detected as negative control.The results showed that 35.6% of 202 and 31.7% of 1266 were positive for IgG against orbivirus, and 21 of 126 patients were positive for IgM against orbivirus, among which, 20 but one were negative for IgM against Japanese B Encephalitis and 21 were negative for IgM against Sindbis virus.20 control serum were negative. The results above indicated that there was orbivirus intection in the human beings of Fujian province,and it may be on of the pathegens result in fever, arthritis, neuropathy or dermal papule.更多还原
