【摘要】 目的　观察４ 种广谱抗生素对小鼠急性弓形虫病的治疗效果。方法　弓形虫ＲＨ株速殖子腹腔感染小鼠，分别用氧氟沙星、环丙沙星、克林霉素、美浓霉素以及克林霉素、美浓霉素与乙胺嘧啶联合应用进行治疗，以磺胺嘧啶加乙胺嘧啶及不治疗作为对照，观察小鼠的死亡时间，４ 周后存活鼠盲传一代，仍不发病者为治愈。结果　单独使用效果均不理想；克林霉素、美浓霉素与乙胺嘧啶联合使用１０ 天，可杀灭弓形虫，使小鼠痊愈。结论　克林霉素、美浓霉素与乙胺嘧啶联用为良好的急性弓形虫病治疗药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To investigate the chemotherapy effect of 4 wide-spectrum antibiotics on infected with mice acute toxoplasmosis Method Mice infected with Toxoplasma gondii RH strain tachyzoites were divided into groups and treated with ofloxacin,ciprofloxacin,clindamycin or minocycline respectively,with pyrimethamine plus sulfadiazine and no treatment as control Observed the time of death For those still living ones,inoculated their internal viscera emulsion into normal mice to check if they were cured or not Result All these 4 antibiotics were not effective if used individually but the combination of clindamycin or minocycline with pyrimethamine in small dosage could cure the infected mice Conclusion Clindamycin and minocycline plus pyrimethamine are good medicines for the treatment of acute toxoplasmosis更多还原
