【摘要】 目的　探讨恶性骨肿瘤的血管造影（DSA）表现，寻找经动脉灌注与高强度聚焦超声（HIFU）联合治疗后评价疗效的影像学指标。方法　观察了27例恶性骨肿瘤患者DSA表现， 比较其治疗前后血管造影变化情况。结果　联合治疗后血管造影可见肿瘤血湖的改变最明显，好转率为82.6%，其次是肿瘤染色的减少或消失为77.3%，同时其它各种恶性骨肿瘤的DSA征象均有不同程度好转。结论　血管造影可作为恶性骨肿瘤动脉灌注与HIFU联合治疗后检测疗效和判断预后的可靠指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 ：Objective To study the angiographic appearances of malignant bone tumors and to find out an imaging index which can effectively evaluate the curative effect after the combined treatment of intra-arterial infusion and HIFU. Methods The angiographic changes of 27 cases with malignant bone tumors before and after the combined treatment were analyzed. Results The change of the blood lake of the tumor was most distinctive with an improvement rate of 82.6%(19/23). The second important change was the reduction or disappearance of tumor stain (77.3% 17/22). And other appearances have improved in various degrees . Conclusion DSA may be a reliable index to detect the curative effect and evaluate prognosis of malignant bone tumors after the combined treatment.更多还原
