290株深部念珠菌感染的分类鉴定及药敏结果分析

【摘要】 目的 调查深部念株菌感染在医院感染中的发生率、菌种分布及对常见抗真菌药物的耐药率。方法 对我院1997~1999年间分离的290株念珠菌的鉴定及药敏作回顾性研究。结果 三年间念珠菌感染率分别为9.9%、13.5%和19.6%,其中以白色念珠菌及热带念珠菌最为常见。药敏结果表明白色念珠菌对所试药物均较为敏感,而热带念珠菌对5氟胞嘧啶、二性霉素B、致霉菌素敏感,而对咪唑类抗生素呈现较高比例的中介。结论 近年来念珠菌感染呈上升趋势,在医院感染中占有重要地位。二性霉素B对念珠菌敏感率高,而咪唑类抗生素敏感率低且有交叉耐药现象。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the nosocomial infection rate of systemic Candidiasis spp,the distribution and sensitivity to the antifungal agent of Candida spp. Methods A retrospective study was applied to investigate the distribution and sensitivity of 290 strains of systemic Candiadiasis spp isolated from 1997-1999 in our hospital. Results The infection rate in the three years were 9.9%, 13.5% and 19.6% respectively. Among the 290 strains, Candida albicans and Candida tropicalis were most common. Sensitivity result showed that Candida albicans were sensitive to all tested antifungal drugs, but Candida tropicalis were only sensitive to Flucytosine、 Amphotericin B、 Nystatin and had a hight rate intermediated to azol antifungal drugs. Conclusion Candida spp infection was increasing recently and played an important role in nosocomial infection. Candida spp had cross resistance to azole antifungal agents.
