【摘要】 目的 :评价介入治疗对脊柱转移性肿瘤的治疗价值。方法 :采用 4F超滑导管 ,在日本岛津DIGTEXα 12 5 0MA数字减影X光机下 ,经过股动脉插管超选至供血动脉进行灌注化疗或栓塞。结果 :本组 15例病人 (颈椎、胸椎、腰椎肿瘤转移 )的症状、体征及影像结果都有不同程度改善 ,部分病人明显好转。结论 :介入治疗对脊柱转移性肿瘤的严重症状与体征的缓解、提高病人的生活质量、延长病人的生存期有重要价值更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the value of interventional therapy to treat the spinal metastatic tumuors. Methods: The superselective angiographic techniques have been employed to choose smaller catheter by Japanese 1250 MA X-ray machine to transcatheter intraarterial infusion or transcatheter arterial embolization. Results: The symptom and the image of the 15 patients all have improved. Conclusion: Interventional therapy could improve quality of life and lengthen the life time for the patients who suffer from the spinal metastatic tumours.更多还原
