【摘要】 目的：探讨前列腺活检针在乳腺肿块穿刺活检的应用可行性。方法：按前列腺活检针操作方法对住院的２１例病人行乳腺肿块穿刺活检，并与１９例手术切除后病检对照。结果：本组穿刺结果与术后病理结果基本相符，准确率９４．６％，仅 １例乳房结核穿刺诊断与病理诊断有误，无假阴性和假阳性。１例穿刺后出现皮下瘀血并发症。结论：用前列腺活检针行乳腺肿块穿刺活检具有操作简单、创伤小、准确率高、并发症少等优点，可作为乳腺肿块供选择的有效检查方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the value of applying prostate biopsy needle to the puncture biopsy of breast masses. Methods:The breast masses of 21 patients were punctured with prostate biopsy needles. In these patients, 19 breast masses were resected and analysed by pathological examination which was used as the gold standard following the puncture.Resultsf The results of puncture diagnosis were almost the same as pathological diagnosis (accuracy rate 94.6%),only 1 breast mass with tuberculosis being the difference. There were no false negative and positive diagnosis. A mass formed by blood stasis occurred in one breast cancer patient.Conclusion: Puncture biopsy with prostate biopsy needles in the diagnosis of breast masses has many advantages, such as simple technique, accurate diagnosis, as well as few complication, allowing it to be used for routine exams.更多还原
