【摘要】 检测３２例喉癌、２０例声带息肉和２５例正常健康人的血清铁蛋白（ＳＦ）水平。结果表明，喉癌患者血清ＳＦ水平显著高于声带息肉和正常人，差异非常显著，（Ｐ＜０．０１），且血清ＳＦ水平升高与喉癌临床分期、分型、复发等因素有明显相关性。提示检测血清ＳＦ水平对喉癌的辅助诊断、疗效评价、预后监测有一定意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Serum Ferritin (SF) levels in patients with laryngeal cancer (32 cases) and vocal cord polyp 20cases), as well as in 25 normal persons were determined. The results were as follows: Serum Ferritin level in pateints with laryngeal cancer was much higher than in those with vocal cord polyp and in normal persons(P<0. 01 ), Meanwhile we have found that the increase in SF levels is related to clinical stage s and Icoal recurrences. It is concluded that SF level determination is helpful for the diagnosis of laryngeal cancer, as well as for the evaluation of a patient’s condition and effectiveness of therapy.更多还原
