GC/C/IRMS法在内源性蛋白同化激素检测中的应用
Recent Development on the Application of Gas Chromatography/Combustion/Isotopic Ratio Mass Spectrometry to Detecting Endogenous Anabolic Androgenic Steroids
【摘要】 GC/ C/ IRMS在兴奋剂检测中应用的时间不长 ,但由于其在内源性蛋白同化激素检测中显示出独特的优越性 ,使其发展很迅速。本文简要介绍了 GC/C/ IRMS的基本原理 ,并综述了其在几种主要的内源性蛋白同化激素 (睾酮、双氢睾酮、脱氢表雄酮 )检测中的应用。
【Abstract】 Gas Chromatography/Combustion/Isotopic Ratio Mass specrometry has played an important part in detecting endogenous anabolic androgenic steroids.The principle of Gas Chromatography/Combustion/Isotopic Ratio Mass spectrometry and a review on recent development on the application of it to detecting endogenous anabolic androgenic steroids are presented.
