【摘要】 目的　探讨在进展期胃癌根治术中一次性腹腔温热灌注化疗的治疗作用。方法　对术中行一次性腹腔温热灌注化疗的 30例进展期胃癌患者与未行此方法治疗的 15例患者的腹腔游离癌细胞检出率及预后等进行对比研究。结果　治疗组引流液中腹腔游离癌细胞检出率为 6 7% ,对照组为 33 3 % (P <0 .0 1)。治疗组 3 ,5年生存率分别为 6 0 %和46 7% ,对照组为 2 6 %和 13 3 % (P <0 .0 1)。结论　一次性腹腔温热灌注化疗具有杀灭腹腔游离癌细胞的作用 ,可改善进展期胃癌的预后更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of intraoperative intraperitoneal hyperthermochemotherapy(IOIPHTC) in treating advanced gastric carcinoma(AGC). Methods The rates of isolated cancer cells detected in peritoneal fluid and patients’ prognosis were compared between 30 cases of AGC underwent IOIPHTC and 15 cases of AGC without IOIPHTC(control group). Results Postoperatively isolated cancer cell was 6.7% in detected peritoneal fluid in IOIPHTC group; while isolated cancer cells could be detected in up to 33.3% in peritoneal fluid in control group(P<0.01). The 3 ,5 year survival rate in IOIPHTC group was 60% and 46.7%, in control group 26% and 13.3%(P<0.01) respectively. Conclusions IOIPHTC can kill isolated intraperitoneal cancer cells and improve the prognosis of AGC.更多还原
