【Abstract】 A new excellent cytoplasmic type of CMS line S10 2A with typical abortion type (TAT) from Minghui 63 was obtained by in vitro culture,which possesses high percentage of exerted stigma,strong vitality of stigma,big opening angle of spikelet,high flowering rate before noon and low percentage of cleistogamous spikilet.The relationship between restoring and maintaining of S10 2A is completely different from that of WA type,HL type and BT type.更多还原
