水稻浸种催芽专用种衣剂抗药剂溶解淋失效果研究
Study on Anti dropping and Leaching of Seed Coating Formulation(SCF) Specific for Soaking and Pregermination of Rice Seed
【摘要】 采用高效液相色谱 ( HPLC)分析方法和扫描电镜 ( SEM)技术分别检测了具有相同活性组分的常规悬浮水稻种衣剂和浸种专用型水稻种衣剂包衣处理的水稻种子在浸种过程中种子表面的药剂在水溶液中的溶解和淋失情况。HPLC检测结果表明 ,浸种 72 h后浸种专用型水稻种衣剂中有效组分福美双、克百威和甲基立枯磷的溶解淋失率分别为 0 .2 1 %、8.79%和 0 .2 9%,常规水稻种衣剂包衣的水稻种子浸种后有效组分的溶解淋失率分别为 58.82 %、98.63%和60 .69%。浸种专用型种衣剂适合水稻良种包衣后浸种、催芽 ,确保药剂缓慢释放。扫描电镜观察表明 ,浸种 72 h后 ,浸种专用型水稻种衣剂包衣的水稻种子表面药剂覆盖均匀 ,常规悬浮型水稻种衣剂包衣处理种子表面的药剂淋失和脱落严重 ,不适用浸种、育秧水稻栽培方式
【Abstract】 High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) testing showed that dropping and leaching of active ingredients on the surface of rice seed coated with routine seed coating formulation was up to 58%~98% after soaking for 72 h. On the other hand, 20% SCF for water sown rice presented as a layer of film with mesh and its dropping and leaching percentage was significantly less than 10%. This characteristic made 20% SCF specifically appropriate for seed coating treatment of rice in soaking and germination hastening region.
