【Abstract】 A new method of soaking superdried embryo was created for introducing exogenous cotton Xiangmian 12 DNA into ramie Xiangzhu 3 in this study. Plants with obvious variations on morphological characters were obtained in D 1 and D 2 generation and the results of RAPD assay indicated that cotton DNA had been integrated into ramie genome.In addition, the paper had preliminarily discussed the mechanism of soaking superdried embryo and the genetic stability of character of transformed offsprings.更多还原
