【摘要】 通过对上海市 3县 (区 ) 9乡合作医疗基金筹集与使用状况的调查分析 ,发现经济发展水平是制约合作医疗发展的重要影响因素 ,合作医疗筹资呈现多样化格局 ,政府支持与集体经济出资没有形成规范的运作体制。适宜的合作医疗筹资与基金分配使用需要进一步探索。更多还原

【Abstract】 Economic development is one of the key factors deciding the development of cooperative health care plans on the basis of the investigation and analysis of plans financing models,but government support and financing from the collective and fund utilization in 9 townships of 3 counties in Shanghai.It shows that there were diversified financing economy were not defined.Rational system of plans financing and fund allocation needs to be more explored.更多还原
